SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Information We currently only offer direct online shipping within Malaysia. All orders above RM300 qualify for FREE shipping nationwide. Orders under RM300 will be charged a flat rate of RM10.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

International Orders

We’re happy to accept international orders on a custom basis. If you’re outside Malaysia, please contact us at support@volanpadel.com with your location and the products you wish to order. We’ll calculate the shipping cost and send you a custom order link for payment. We hope to enable full international checkout soon.

Customs Notice

For international orders, any import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (Malaysia only).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • No direct exchanges – customers should place a new order for a different item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
