Indonesia (Rackets Only): Free shipping on all rackets, with import duties paid since orders ship directly from our Jakarta fulfillment center. No extra fees for rackets.
Other Countries: Ultra-low flat rates calculated at checkout depending on your destination.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our fulfillment centers in KL and Jakarta.
Local / Regional: Fast delivery so you’re back on court quickly.
International: Typically arrives within 7–10 days.
Tracking information is sent via email upon dispatch.
Note: For international orders outside Malaysia and our Jakarta racket hub, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items: Free returns if your order arrives damaged in shipping or is genuinely faulty.
Standard Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Warranty: 6-month warranty covering structural defects (excludes cosmetic damage and normal wear-and-tear or abuse, assessed at our discretion).
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for a different item and return the original.
