We ship worldwide! Whether you are playing padel in Malaysia, Indonesia, Europe, the UK, North America, or anywhere globally, we deliver high-performance padel gear directly to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
• Malaysia: Free shipping on all orders.
• Indonesia (Rackets Only): Free shipping on all rackets, with import duties paid since orders ship directly from our Jakarta fulfillment center—no extra fees for rackets.
• Other Countries: Ultra-low flat rates calculated at checkout depending on your destination.
Will I have to pay import duties and customs taxes?
For orders in Malaysia and racket orders in Indonesia, import duties and fees are fully covered with no hidden charges. For international orders outside Malaysia and our Jakarta racket hub, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our fulfillment centers in KL and Jakarta.
• Local / Regional: Fast delivery to get you back on court quickly.
• International: Typically arrives within 7–10 days.
Tracking information is sent via email upon dispatch.
Warranty & Returns
What is the warranty policy on Volan padel rackets?
Every Volan padel racket comes with a 6-month warranty covering structural defects (excludes cosmetic damage, normal wear-and-tear, or abuse, assessed at our discretion).
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We offer free returns if your order arrives damaged in shipping or is genuinely faulty.
What is your standard return policy?
Standard returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Do you offer direct product exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for a different item and return the original.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?

Orders & Payments
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), FPX Online Banking, PayPal, and HitPay/Stripe secure checkout. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and international card issuers handle currency conversions automatically.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to edit your delivery address or cancel an order, email contact@volanpadel.com immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified, but you can initiate a return after it arrives.
