1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within Malaysia. International customers can email us to arrange a custom order.

 

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — but not directly through the website yet. Contact support@volanpadel.com and we’ll send you a custom shipping quote and payment link.

 

3. How much is shipping in Malaysia?

Shipping is RM10 for orders under RM300. Orders over RM300 ship free.

 

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Malaysia usually arrive in 24 business days. Tracking is provided by email once dispatched.

 

5. Will I be charged customs fees?

if you’re ordering from outside Malaysia. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

6. What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for orders in Malaysia. Items must be unused and in original condition.

 

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

 

8. How do I start a return?

Email support@volanpadel.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Send a photo of the issue to our support email. We’ll sort it out quickly.

 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

 

11. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. After shipping, changes aren’t possible, but you can return the item.
