Every Volan starts with player feedback and a precise performance brief: control, power or all-round, defined before a single layer is laid.
Engineer & Layer
Elite-grade 3K, 12K and 18K carbon weaves over high-density EVA cores, moulded into custom balance profiles for strength, feel and sweet-spot precision.
Hand Finish & Prove
Finished by hand, then tested for countless hours on court: balance, dampening and feel refined until it's right. If it isn't, it doesn't ship.
